Eric has always been a hard worker. From a young age he was charged with not only taking care of his family but maturing and growing into a man without any guidance. Jump forward fifty years and Eric is a successful entrepreneur running MLSI Trades. An employee-owned company with a unique business model focused on mutual benefit and community among employees. Now, Eric runs the Seven Ways Home Foundation with the hope of finding people with the drive and motivation to take control over their life.

Despite Cathy being a more recent addition to the team, her importance to our organization cannot be understated. The productivity and motivation to succeed brought by Cathy is vital for the continued growth of our dream.
